Mark Lippman is an experienced attorney practicing in the areas of landlord/tenant, homeowner association, commercial and residential real estate, criminal defense, business law, civil disputes, investigations and appeals. He is consistently recognized by publications for his professionalism, experience, and rigorous fight for his clients.

Mr. Lippman graduated from the University of Miami with degrees in biology, psychology and history, Mark went on to the Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center, where he earned his Juris Doctorate with honors. Mark was the recipient of the prestigious Leo Goodwin Fellowship in 1997 and 1998.

After law school, Mark went on to work for Jennings and Valancy, PA., where he practiced Real Estate law under the direction of senior member Steven Valancy. Mark’s primary responsibilities focused on Homeowner Association and Condominium Association litigation and representation. He worked with approximately 10,000 units of residents.

In 2000, Mark came to the Central Florida area where he went to work for the State of Florida in the office of the Public Defender, 9th Judicial Circuit and later, in 2002, for the office of the State Attorney. During that time, Mark received a commendation award from State Attorney Lawson Lamar for services performed as an Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting domestic violence, DUI, child abuse and sex crimes. Mark went on to begin his private practice in 2004.

Among his proudest accomplishments with 20 years of Lippman Law, is the firm’s talented and specialized team of staff, dedicated solely to the firm’s Landlord/Tenant division. Lippman Law represents several Fortune 500 companies whose portfolios rely on the firm to handle hundreds of cases across the state through partnering with their property management and national executive teams to work towards a positive legal resolution. Mr. Lippman and his team continue to expand this division, adding staff to support increased demand, working regularly to streamline client needs.

Mr. Lippman is known for his advocacy on behalf of his clients, understanding that clients come to him with their most difficult challenges. His passion for creating a clear strategy to help garner the best outcome is always paramount to his practice of law. With experience winning multi-million dollar verdicts, to the need for a landlord to gain immediate possession of a property – Mr. Lippman has decades-long experience as a litigator, and guides his clients confidently through all aspects of litigation and negotiation strategies to ensure their best resolution.

With over 1,000 trials and over 200 jury trials under his belt, Mark is a regular commentator and contributor on local and national TV news stations. He is also an adjunct professor of Business Law at Valencia College.
